- We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and Paypal.
- Age Restrictions: Primary renter must be over 25 years of age.
- Any Occupancy over 4 people must be approved in advance.
RATES:
- $400 per night - 3 night minimum
- $2,500 per week
- $9,000 per month
$100 Cleaning fee and 14% Lodging tax is NOT included in these rates
Any nightly charges beyond a week will be charged a rate of $360 a night
Rate is negotiable for stays longer than one month
